Emily is once again a ROCKSTART! With her great guidance, she created our memorable honeymoon in Playa del Carmen, Mexico with my husband Anthony. Upon arrival, we were transported to our resort, Secrets Moxche Playa del Carmen. The resort was breathtaking once you arrive! (Emily was not wrong about the open lobby reception to the beautiful scenery!) We encountered an inconvenience with our guest room due not meeting our honeymoon expectation, but Emily understood our dissatisfaction and assured to solve this problem! This was the service we expected from Emily and has not failed to do so. All excursions were so much fun; Maroma Beach, Xcaret, and Coco Bongo. Also Amstar and Lomas Travel customer service were so humble and see to communicate. Emily planned our honeymoon to Dubai and the Maldives with incredible attention to detail and care!
In Dubai, she took care of everything: booking our beautiful hotel, arranging airport transportation, scheduling our excursions, and even making sure we had pickup and drop-off for each activity. I was planning a group trip to DR and had selected our hotel but I didn’t want the complexity of coordinating all of the moving parts such as transfers, airlines, room selections, payments, for 15 people. Emily was an asset in planning our destination wedding in the beautiful Riviera Maya, Mexico. She attended each virtual meeting with the resort to ensure we and our guests were accommodated in the best way possible.
Her communication between us and venders was vital to catching any hiccups prior to leaving for our wedding.

I've dealt with professional travel agents in the past but none made me feel as comfortable as Emily. I met her literally 2 Saturdays before the day we had planned we wanted to go away on our honeymoon. In our conversation I gave her some details about what we were looking for. By the following Monday, she had sent me 7 different options. Nailing everyone on the head. Some with excursions, some without, but they each included things we wanted to do.
